Adam Berger is a PhD student at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology studying Health Sciences and Technology (biomedical engineering). He is working in Dr. Paula Hammond's lab on delivery strategies for nucleic acids to improve angiogenesis and closure of non-healing wounds. Specifically, he is leveraging self-assembled coatings on wound dressings to deliver nucleic acids tageting aberrantly expressed miRNAs (anti-miRs).
