My research is focused on understanding the intricate mechanisms behind breast cancer metastasis to tumor-draining lymph nodes. My work combines a wide range of experimental techniques, including 2D and 3D cell culture, confocal microscopy, ELISA, CRISPR, and flow cytometry, along with quantitative image analysis. By investigating physical and biochemical factors, I seeks to unravel how lymph node remodeling influences tumor cell infiltration and chemotaxis. This work holds promise for shedding light on potential therapeutic strategies to mitigate breast cancer metastasis.
