Lai Wei is a biomedical and mechanical Engineer pursuing his Ph. D. degree in Johns Hopkins University BioMEMS & Single Molecule Dynamics Lab led by Dr. Tza-Huei (Jeff) Wang. Lai Wei's current research focuses on developing novel biosensors and medical devices using micro and nanotechnology, namely microfluidics and Bio-MEMS. Lai Wei received his bachelor's degree as a biomedical engineer at George Washington University, researching in Microfluidics and Biosensors Lab led by Dr. Zhenyu Li. During Lai Wei's undergraduate, he published two journal articles as a co-first author and filed a patent.
