Ying Jiang received his PhD in neuroscience from Boston University where he pioneered the development of optoacoustic neuromodulation technology under the mentorship of Dr. Ji-Xin Cheng. He is now a postdoc in Dr. Alan Jasanoff's lab in Massachusetts Institute of Technology. His current research interest is neuroimaging using a genetically encoded probe for functional MRI to understand circuit level function in rodents and non human primates.
