Natalie is currently a fourth-year Ph.D. candidate studying biomedical engineering at UTSW. She currently conducts research in diagnostic protocols for head injuries. Natalie obtained her engineering degree from East Carolina University. During her undergraduate studies, she conducted research in genetic toxicology, cryopreservation, and control engineering which resulted in a patent, conference paper award and publication in Toxicology Sciences.
