Robert Nikolai is a PhD Student in the Wallace H. Coulter Department of Biomedical Engineering at the Georgia Institute of Technology and Emory University. He is a member of the Ultrasound Imaging and Therapeutics Laboratory, where he collaborates under the guidance of Dr. Stanislav Emelianov.
Robert's research is primarily centered on applications of ultrasound and various medical imaging techniques to advance the treatment of neurological diseases and disorders. His work involves efforts in image-guided interventions and non-invasive therapeutic approaches.
Robert has interest in the commercialization of innovative biotechnology. He has provided consultation on diverse projects aimed at strategizing the introduction of cutting-edge life science technologies into the market.
Robert holds a Bachelor of Arts (2019) in Physics from Vassar College and a Bachelor of Engineering (2020) in Engineering Sciences, with a specialization in Biomedical Engineering, from Dartmouth College.
