Hossein Vahid Alizadeh received his B.Sc. and M.Sc. degrees in Mechanical Engineering. He completed his Ph.D. in Electrical and Computer Engineering at McGill University in the area of mechatronics and control systems. He is a postdoctoral researcher at Stanford University in the area of biomechatronics and biomedical engineering. His research deals with smart mechatronic systems, 3D bioprinting, and biomedical wearable technologies. His interdisciplinary research combines intersecting elements from smart systems design, tissue engineering, artificial intelligence, multifunctional biomedical devices, advanced manufacturing, multi-physics simulation, and biomechanics.
