Postdoctoral Research Scientist
Center for Translational & Computational Immunology, Department of Neurology, Columbia University Medical Center
New York, New York, United States
Dr. Natacha Comandante-Lou is currently a postdoctoral research scientist at the Center for Translational and Computational Neuroimmunology at Columbia University. Dr. Comandante-Lou obtained her bachelor's degree in Bioengineering from the University of Washington in 2016. In 2022, she earned a Ph.D. in Biomedical Engineering from the University of Michigan, where she studied tumor-cell plasticity using systems biology and single-cell pharmacology approaches. At Columbia, she is investigating cell-cell communication underlying human glial cell plasticity in the context of neurodegenerative diseases, using large-scale molecular data and novel computational approaches.
