Linus Wang is a third year graduate student in the Searson Lab in the biomedical engineering program at Johns Hopkins University. His primary research interests are in tissue engineering, microfluidics, and infectious diseases. He is currently studying how Borrelia burgdorferi, the bacteria that causes Lyme disease, undergo vascular dissemination to infect various parts of the body using a 3D tissue engineered model.
