Lauren Hong is a second-year biomedical engineering PhD student at Duke University upon completing her B.S. in biomedical engineering at Georgia Institute of Technology. Now working in Dr. Pranam Chatterjee's lab, her research goals are to design genetically-encoded architectures to modify abberantly altered proteins at the post-translational level. She is very excited to connect with others at the BMES Annual meeting about all the groundbreaking research!
