I am a fifth-year PhD student in the lab of Ashutosh Chilkoti at Duke University. Our focus on thermally-responsive biomaterials for drug delivery intersects with my own interest in cancer immunotherapy. I’m working to develop our elastin-like polypeptide (ELP) technology into a clinically-translatable platform for delivery of nanoscale ELP-drug conjugates which coacervate into depots of radiotherapy and immunotherapy for treating cancer.
