Thinh Le is a Postdoctoral Research Associate at the Nguyen Research lab the University of Connecticut. His research focuses on processing and manufacturing biomaterials for biomedical applications at the nano and micro-scale. His research was to develop biodegradable piezoelectric polymeric nanofibers for medical implants, regenerative medicine, and air purification applications. His works have been highlighted in major media and published in prestigious journals such as Proceeding of the National Academy of Science, Science Translational Medicine, and Science Advances. Prior to that, he received his Ph.D. at the University of Connecticut, M.S. and B.S at the Catholic University of America.
