Andrew Buxton is a Biomedical Engineering PhD Student at Texas A&M University working as a Graduate Research Assistant in Dr. McCreedy's lab. Andrew is currently studying the morphology of V2a interneurons in the spinal cord to elucidate their role in spinal cord injury. He graduated The Ohio State University in 2022 with a bachelor's degree in biomedical engineering. As an undergrad, he was involved in research related to image analysis of both heart cell microscopy images and cardiovascular MRI scans. In his free time, Andrew enjoys hiking, ice skating, and 3D printing.
