Dhananjay Bhaskar is a Postdoctoral Research Associate in Genetics and Computer Science at Yale University and a Yale – Boehringer Ingelheim Biomedical Data Science Fellow. He is also appointed by Brown University as a Visiting Scholar in Engineering. Dhananjay earned his Ph.D. in Biomedical Engineering and Sc.M. in Data Science from Brown University in 2021 with a dissertation on topological data analysis of collective motion. He is a recipient of the DAAD AINeT Fellowship for Generative Models in Machine Learning, Brown Data Science Initiative Seed Grant, E Paul Sorensen Graduate Fellowship, and the UBC Faculty of Science Graduate Award.
