Join the BMES Diversity Committee for our signature Gender Equity Luncheon! This event will feature an invited panel of speakers who will lead discussions related to gender differences in “leaning-in”, navigating career transitions (i.e., undergrad to industry, undergrad to grad, grad to post-doc, grad to industry, assistant to associate), eliminating the glass ceiling for women in BME, Gender Differences in Confronting Conflict in Research and Education, Overcoming conscious bias in grant/fellowship review panels.
